Jessica Terris Biography
I am a Studio Arts graduate of Loyola Marymount University. My inspiration is my mom who is an artist. I am eclectic and my works are versatile. I paint with oils, acrylics and use metals, plastics and wood in my art. I like to embrace differences in mediums and the surfaces that I paint on so I create different textures and feelings in my art. I have been showing my art in Las Vegas, Orange County and now in Los Angeles County. A lot of my art centers on eyes because the eyes are the windows to our souls and our inner peace. Our eyes connect us to our heart’s center and create an energy of attraction. With just one look, we can convey negativity, hate, anger, greed, envy, or positivity, love, compassion, joy, or empathy.
We can help and heal with our eyes. When we think positively, then this becomes our reality. We can lift ourselves higher and raise our vibration with our thoughts and actions. Our frequency can be felt when we enter a room with an aura of happiness and bliss when we smile and invite someone into our space. The more we align ourselves and our actions with love and positivity-the more we align with our inner intention for our outward result. We each have a purpose and once
our purpose is ignited, we align with our energy of desires. When you have an awareness, you can nourish your spirit for creation. Let go of those negative thought forms and make a concerted effort to remain in the positive vibration of love. My art is for the viewer. I want you to view my art for you and create a translation on how it makes you feel.
