I’m applying to GROW art show because in my faces I express how I grow as an artist and as a person after spending 5 years taking care of my husband who went throw a very long cancer treatment , and finally he won . In my faces I use Papeles Razgados, as part of a painful but also a growing process of life trying to express myself. In my work I add the element of a paper boat which represent how frágil I was and means that I felt like I was in a storm in the middle of the ocean. But the faces are calm and relaxed because I have in my deeply knowledge that everything was going to be alright.
