Anthony Richichi Biography
Anthony Richichi is an upstate NY artist who has been published and exhibited in many galleries throughout New York, including the Hyde Collection Museum and Lapham Gallery. In August 2016 he was showcased as a live painter at the Hyde Collection during the Durer & Rembrandt exhibit for their annual “ART BATTLE: Face Off” Live Painting event. The following year he was also featured as a live painter during The Hyde’s 2017 Community Day/Gallery Opening, as well as the galleries Artist-In-Residence and drawing instructor for the summer of 2017. Recent publishing’s of his art are included in Howl Books’ 2018 hardcover “Devil’s Reign III: Daikaiju”, as well Art Reveal Magazine issue #32 and numerous covers for GrayHaven Comics where he also stands as production manager, writer and letterer. Anthony also holds illustrating positions at Penny Dreadful Press, Killustrator Comics, 1Die Games, The Observation Post, AJ Woodworks, Adirondack Theater Festival and Adirondack Film Festival where he is also the gallery director and curator. Anthony also stands as Secretary and lead artistic designer for Art In the Public Eye, a Glens Falls non-profit art organization that hosts numerous local events including Outdoor Cinema, GEMfest, Chalkfest, Playfest, The Art Walk and Gallery 99. In the Live Art scene he is an avid live painter as well as the Art Director and curator of music and art festival GEMfest and Rock Gallery. Anthony is
also the visual Artist, album designer and bassist/singer of the music group Lock 9.
